What great things you can learn if you choose another country for further study?-Take UK for instance!

Hi there,
This is Maha and this time I would share with you some benefits of studying in a different country from yours and that in my case was United Kingdom, kind of completely different from where I have lived and worked throughout my life.

The Architecture:

So one of the best things about going to another country to study and live for one or more years is that you get to view the beautiful in its own way and wonderful architecture of that country which can vary from the great historical buildings built about 200 years ago to the modern buildings such as the Diamond building at the University of Sheffield. I was actually thrilled to witness the construction process which happen in UK, which were slightly different and clean compared to my country thus allowing everybody to continue their daily lives around the building under construction.

The more pictures you get of a building you like, the better and often the buildings speak for itself as if you look at the Sir Frederick Mappin Building of the University of Sheffield, you can see it is a huge, well maintained old building which has its own beauty which cannot be matched with any new building of this size because it has a traditional importance.

Meeting with Different People:

Getting into another country gives you a pure and genuine picture of the people of that country as you might have a different image of the place from media. Coming in Sheffield to study was a great experience for me because the people here are so friendly and everybody gives you a warm and welcoming feeling. Furthermore, you get to meet with people from all over the world and the more you talk with them as university students, the more you learn about their cultures, and learn to open up to others thus improving your communication skills and most importantly; learn how to respect each other’s points of view!

Traveling around to know the country and its culture:

When you get a visa to come into another country for study, you get a chance to explore the country such as visiting the famous places in United Kingdom such as Peak District, London, Scotland and Edinburgh etc. and thus you understand the way people live their lives and what are the weather conditions of the place and eat their food to understand their way of cooking.

Thus travelling to another country has many enlightening benefits that help you develop more as a person. I hope you will consider this too.
